- Créer une expérience positive pour chaque appel
- Ton objectif : que chaque client raccroche satisfait grâce à toi !

- Tu parles parfaitement français
- Tu fais preuve d'empathie
- Tu es à l’aise à l’oral et tu as une bonne énergie
- Tu aimes aider et écouter
- Tu gardes ton calme même quand ça bouge
- Tu es débrouillard(e) et tu sais t’adapter
- Tu te sens à l’aise avec un ordinateur
- Une première expérience client ? C’est un +, mais pas obligatoire !
