Dans un environnement industriel à haute exigence, lié aux activités de défense, vous intégrez les équipes industrialisation / méthodes.
Votre rôle de technicien industrialisation (h/f/x) est de faire le lien entre la conception et la production, en capitalisant sur votre expertise terrain en usinage :
- Analyser les plans, dossiers techniques et exigences spécifiques au secteur défense
- Définir et optimiser les gammes de fabrication en intégrant les contraintes d’usinage et de qualité
- Participer à l’industrialisation de pièces mécaniques à forte valeur ajoutée
- Collaborer étroitement avec la production, les méthodes, la qualité et le bureau d’études
- Utiliser les outils informatiques (ERP, CAO/FAO, outils industriels)
Ce poste s’adresse à un professionnel de l’usinage souhaitant quitter l’atelier pour évoluer vers un poste en bureau, tout en restant au cœur de la technique.
Your Profile
Pour le poste de technicien industrialisation (h/f/x), nous recherchons un profil:
- Issu(e) de l’usinage : Tourneur-Fraiseur, Régleur CN, Technicien d’usinage
- 5 à 10 ans d’expérience minimum en environnement industriel
- Maîtrise de la lecture de plans et des gammes de fabrication
- Forte motivation pour une transition professionnelle
- Appétence pour les outils informatiques industriels (CAO/FAO, ERP, Suite Office, Windchill…)
- Rigueur, sens de la confidentialité, esprit d’analyse et travail en équipe
