En tant que Back Office Commercial, vous aurez les tâches suivantes :

  • Vous encodez les commandes entrantes dans l’ERP et vérifiez la concordance avec les devis établis
  • Vous préparez et suivez les dossiers de production
  • Vous gérez les e-mails et assurez l’accueil des clients
  • Vous prenez en charge l’encodage administratif divers et le traitement de documents (scan, classement)
  • Vous évoluez progressivement vers la gestion des appels téléphoniques et un support administratif polyvalent

Your Profile

Votre profil de Back Office Commercial correspond aux critères suivants :

  • Vous disposez d’une première expérience dans une fonction administrative commerciale
  • Vous maîtrisez très bien le néerlandais et l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et l’encodage de données (ERP est un atout
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), structuré(e) et attentif(ve) aux détails
  • Vous avez un bon sens du service et un excellent contact client
