Je gaat aan de slag in de afdeling sales en rapporteert aan de supervisor sales. Je vormt een hecht team met 5 andere collega's en samen zorgen jullie voor de vlotte werking van de commerciële binnendienst. Concreet ziet je takenpakket er zo uit:
- Behandelen van (vragen over) offertes en bestellingen
- Klantgericht intern en extern communiceren. Dit zowel telefonisch, per e-mail als face-to-face
- Ondersteunen bij algemene administratieve taken
- Leveranciersbevestigingen opvolgen
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een optimale klantenservice en tevredenheid
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma in een administratieve/ commerciële richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Mais oui, bien sûr! Tu parles couramment le français
- And english isn't a problem for you
- Je gaat efficiënt en georganiseerd te werk
- Je bent een vlotte communicator én een positieve ingesteldheid zijn een must
- Daarnaast ben je een echte administratieve duizendpoot die zich flexibel weet op te stellen
- Je weet als geen ander hoe je klanten positief én commercieel benadert
- Je kan werken met Microsoft besturingssystemen. Een goede kennis van MS Office-toepassingen is dus een grote meerwaarde
- Heb je affiniteit met techniek? Dat is mooi meegenomen
