About the Job
Unique Menen is op zoek naar een customer service medewerker voor de regio vleteren.
Wat zal je moeten doen?
- Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met jouw klanten en je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt.
- Je volgt het order ingave proces in ons Navision systeem op voor de aan jouw toegewezen klanten.
- Je zorgt voor een zo efficiënt mogelijke flow voor de klant, en gaat proactief aan de slag met systeemtechnische problemen.
- Je bewaakt mee in de vlotte levering van onze producten binnen de vooropgestelde leveringstermijnen en afspraken.
- Je zorgt voor periodieke interne sales rapporteringen.

Wie zoeken wij?
- Je hebt een bachelor in planning of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Ervaring is een plus maar jouw interesse en jouw drive om ervoor te gaan is van belang.
- Je denkt proactief mee om het geheel zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen.
- Je werkt gedetailleerd en georganiseerd.
- Je bent communicatief vaardig en je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
- Je werkt graag zowel autonoom als in team.
- Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig ingesteld, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht.
